As the CEO of RegenX, Beth Corson is responsible for running all facets of the business. Corson has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience designing and implementing accelerated growth strategies. Prior to co-founding RegenX in 2016, Corson spent 12 years as CEO of Boardwalk Advisors, a business planning and strategic advisory firm for seed stage and emerging growth firms throughout the country with offices in San Diego, West Palm Beach and Seattle.
Corson is an alumni of Ernst & Young where she served on some of the firm’s largest audit clients in the West Palm Beach, Florida office and then in the San Diego, California office. Corson serves on the board of directors of several companies. She holds a BA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Dr. Waibel is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She specializes in cutaneous laser surgery, general and cosmetic dermatology and is currently the medical director and owner of the Miami Dermatology and Laser Institute in Miami, Florida. Dr. Waibel is the subsection chief of Dermatology at Baptist Hospital and serves as a Clinical Voluntary Assistant Professor at the University of Miami.
In her practice, she has over 65 laser devices and treats a wide variety of cutaneous disease. Treating scars by applying today’s latest cutaneous laser technologies is one of Dr. Waibel’s primary passions. She has successfully developed industry-leading procedures and techniques with lasers. She works with a team that has developed patents related to laser and stem cells. Dr. Waibel is active in basic science clinical trials at the University of Miami and has a clinical trials division at Miami Dermatology and Research.
Dr. Waibel was named “Person of the Week” on ABC World News Tonight in 2015 and was recently granted a Cutting-Edge Research Grant by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She has received numerous awards for her contributions to medicine, including an award given by Surgeon General Koop. The 2016 JDD Humanitarian Award has been given to Dr. Waibel mainly for her innovative work in using lasers to treat patients with traumatic burn injuries. Dr. Waibel lectures, collaborates and trains military physicians to help the wounded warriors and is also the recipient of American Society of Dermatologic Surgery Cutting Research Award. She lectures nationally and internationally and is well-published with over fifty peer-reviewed journal articles and several textbook chapters.

Charles H. Boyd, MD, MBA, FACS is Board certified by the highly elite American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is a diplomate of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Boyd has experience as a full-time faculty member at the University of Michigan for over 14 years, serving as an assistant professor in the Departments of Dermatology and Otolaryngology. He has also served as the associate chief of staff of the University of Michigan Health System.
